　　送排风系统：烤漆房顶部配置可调高速吹嘴，由两台YDW型离心风机独立送风，风机选用江苏盐城产的DDF型涡轮风机，发生房采用高强度全铝框架结构，双层隔音，排风管采用风筒；

　　加热系统：采用意大利原装进口利雅路RG5S型燃烧器，Zui大发热量达26万大卡，交换器选用SUS304型优质不锈钢氩弧焊接制成三循环不锈钢热交换器，结构合理、安全可靠，热交换面积大，热利用效率高。

　　照明系统：灯箱采用镀锌板折弯焊接喷塑制作，配置40套飞利浦灯管，光照度达1200勒克斯，灯管表面有钢化玻璃外罩。灯箱位于喷烤漆房两侧，呈45度角固定于喷烤漆房顶部。房内四个角各配置角灯1组，每组角灯2支36W灯管其上配气路接头及电源插座。
